1. Order Process

Once your order is sent, you will receive a non-automated email confirming that we have read your order. We can only process your order once the payment is complete, then we will prepare your order via our factories.

Once the parcel is ready, we will ship it out and send you notification email with the courier name and tracking numbers for your reference.

 

2. Buyer's Timeline

"What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?" Processing time is when we received your confirmed order and prepare it before shipment. This includes stock check and quality control.

  • Delivery time is how long it will take for your parcel from transit to you. 
  • Any orders made past 5:00PM Monday through Saturday (GMT+8) will not be handled until the next working day.
  • Process time requires 1-3 days

 

 

3. Shipping Time & Costs Chart

 
  • You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
  • Shipping time will be affected by longer customs clearance times or public holidays. If you haven’t received your package based on the above estimates, Please kindly submit a ticket in your account for help.
  • *Hong Kong: Please note that shipping on Non-industrial/Commercial locations or Remote Areas will be subjected to additional fee's by the courier directly which need to be paid by customer.
